On 1 football rules

1. 5 on 5  
2. 4 downs to score with no first down
3. Interceptions are turnovers unless returned for a score
4. Absolutely No tackling below the thighs
5.  Fumbles are a loss of down unless recovered by the possessive team
6. Ball will be placed where the fumbled was recovered if the possessive teams recovers in the endzone then the ball will be brought 5 yrds from endzone  with a freeplay it will not be an automatic touchdown.
7. One timeout per drive
8. The defensive Box line up must give offense 5yrds off the line of scrimmage unless in the endzone.  
9. No crying No fighting or insulting anyone at anytime (leave it on the field)
10. You can not add a player to a team within 24 hours of a game. 
11. Cannot sub more than one player per drive without being penalized a play.
12. Huddles is a maximum of 30 sec per play.
13. Penalty equals loss of play. 3 penalties by 1 player equals ejection. 3 ejections by one team equals game!
14. Technical fouls are team fouls: ex holding, P.I, offside, etc. First and second tech results in a play-reset whereas the third tech results in a penalty. Have fun!
